We will be providing accommodation at 3-4 star hotels (inclusive in the costing)We have at least 2 team members with the group Transportation in a bus, tempo traveller or arranged by us in a way that all group members are comfortable.

Meal arrangements: Number of meals provided per dayo   We provide breakfast, lunch, snack, tea and dinner and snacks are available at all times, with snacks kept in the room for the students and faculty as well Cuisine options (local/Indian/international)o   Since we are in a more rural area of India majority of the meal tends to be Indian. But we offer a Continental food option at dinner and breakfast served. Accommodations for special dietary requirementso   Each team member is required to fill in a form informing us of any dietary restrictions, physical restrictions and so on at least 10 days prior to arrival. Team members are briefed and arrangements are made accordingly to accommodate allergies and restrictions.
