Set in Hyderabad, one of the country's leading centres for film and media production, this immersive programme explores the worlds of storytelling, filmmaking, digital content, and creative entrepreneurship. Through exclusive industry access, hands-on experiences, and interactions with professionals, participants discover how ideas are transformed into powerful narratives while gaining a deeper understanding of the cultural and economic influence of India's entertainment sector.

Magic Lantern Studios is where imagination steps into the spotlight and stories are sculpted with soul. The studio is a Hyderabad-based creative powerhouse founded by cinematographer Amarnadh Bommisetty and entrepreneur Dr. Sahithya Reddy. Known for turning stories into soulful experiences, the studio has collaborated with global and Indian icons like Audi India, Versace, Coca-Cola, U.S. Polo Assn, Pulla Reddy Sweets, GMR, NSL, IRA Realty, and EIPL.
Their upcoming feature film Siya and multiple award-winning short films showcase their mastery in cinematic storytelling. Dr. Sahithya Reddy’s exceptional leadership and creative vision have been recognized with the Women Icon of the Year 2022 at the Global Pride Awards, the Young Entrepreneur Award presented by Dr. Deepak Vohra IFS at the Global Business Summit, the Women Entrepreneur Award from the Indian Achievers’ Forum, and she was featured in the 30 Under 30 Entrepreneurs list by Entrepreneurs Today in 2023. These accolades reflect her remarkable journey as a trailblazer redefining the creative and business landscape.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
ACCOMMODATION
Participants stay in nearby hotels with spacious rooms with close proximity to the studio. Options of twin-sharing, single rooms available. Stay in Hyderabad is included for the duration of the programme.
TRANSPORTATION
Airport pick-up, drop-off, internal transportation for academic purposes are included. Leisure/personal travels on the participants' own expense.
FOOD
3 meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner are included. Snack options provided with an in-room kit and snack bags provided for long journeys.
ACTIVITIES
All tourism, project work, curriculum, interactions, and tours part of the Destination Box Office are included as planned in advance with the institution prior to departure.
COURSEWORK
Learning material and course content are covered in the cost quoted to the institution, including the certification.
OPTIONAL TOURS
Podar offers AT ADDITIONAL COST, add-on tours for sightseeing in Delhi, Jaipur, Agra (Taj Mahal), Mumbai and any other city close to port of landing.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare/travel to India, optional tours, other costs such as room service, personal shopping, leisure, alcohol, etc. Zero tolerance policy for narcotics, bullying, and illegal behaviour. Subject to minimum batch size confirmation, prior discussion, and price quoted at the discretion of Podar.
